Training
Training, consulting and talks on digital wellbeing and soft skills
I offer training interventions, talks and consulting programmes for companies, schools, public administrations and events that want to address the challenges of contemporary work in a concrete way.
I am the founder and president of Mindfultech, an association committed to promoting a culture of conscious technology use.
Mindfultech was created with the aim of promoting a healthier, more balanced and more intentional relationship with the digital world, through projects, events, training activities and initiatives dedicated to digital wellbeing.
Main topics
I work on topics such as digital overload, difficulty concentrating, hyperconnection, quality of communication, conscious use of artificial intelligence, technostress, sustainable productivity and the strengthening of human skills.
Project Design
Every project starts from a real need and is built around the context, goals and type of audience. The focus is not only on technology, but on the way people and organisations can work with greater clarity, balance, critical thinking and relational quality in increasingly connected and complex environments.

What I Do
Main topics
My interventions address the main challenges that people and organisations experience in the age of hyperconnection.
Digital transformation is not only about tools, platforms and new technologies. It concerns the way we work, communicate, learn, make decisions and build relationships.
For this reason, my programmes integrate digital wellbeing, soft skills, awareness, organisational culture and responsible technology use.
Digital Wellbeing
Digital wellbeing, often also referred to as digital wellbeing, concerns the ability to build a healthier, more conscious and more sustainable relationship with technology.
It does not mean rejecting the digital world, but learning to use it in a more intentional way, protecting attention, mental energy, relationships and quality of life.
In programmes dedicated to digital wellbeing, the work focuses on digital habits, notification management, boundaries between work and private life, information overload, attention and the conscious use of digital tools.
Technostress arises when the continuous and disorganised use of technology generates pressure, mental fatigue, constant urgency and difficulty recovering. Emails, chats, notifications, meetings, platforms and continuous requests can create a sense of fragmentation and reduce the quality of work.
Working on technostress means recognising the mechanisms that generate overload and building healthier, more effective and more sustainable practices.
Technostress and Digital Overload
Attention, Focus and Sustainable Productivity
In a context full of stimuli, interruptions and information, attention is one of the most precious resources. Many people work a lot, but with little mental continuity. They move from one request to another, from one platform to another, from one notification to another, with the feeling of being constantly busy but not always truly effective.
Programmes on attention and sustainable productivity help people recover focus, priorities, presence and quality of work.
Soft skills are fundamental skills for working and collaborating in complex, digital and constantly changing environments. Communication, listening, collaboration, responsibility, stress management, awareness, critical thinking and the ability to set boundaries are essential resources for improving the quality of work and relationships.
In my approach, soft skills are not generic skills, but concrete tools for navigating complexity more effectively.
Soft Skills and Human Skills
Conscious Use of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we work, produce content, make decisions and organise information. In my programmes, I do not address AI only as a technical tool, but as a cultural change that requires new human skills: critical thinking, the ability to ask better questions, evaluation of outputs, awareness of limits and responsible use.
The goal is to help people and organisations use artificial intelligence in a clearer, more useful and more conscious way.
Technology has made communication faster, but not always clearer. Chats, emails, calls and collaborative platforms can facilitate work, but they can also generate confusion, dispersion and overload.
Working on the quality of communication means improving listening, clarity, channel management, collaboration and shared responsibility. In a digital environment, relational quality is not a detail: it is a fundamental condition for working well.
